MWC Partners Join Nexo Standards

Retail IT and payment systems experts, MWC Partners, have joined nexo standards, the international payment standards organisation. MWC Partners brings a wealth of global retail experience to nexo standards and will join its technical working groups to contribute to the continued advancement of its technical standards.

nexo standards is the association dedicated to removing the barriers present in today’s fragmented global payment acceptance ecosystem. It enables fast, borderless and global payments acceptance by standardising the exchange of data between merchants, acquirers, payment service providers (PSPs) and other payment stakeholders. The nexo specifications and messaging protocols adhere to ISO 20022 standards, are universally applicable and fully open.

MWC Partners’ knowledge of retail payment standards, and its extensive experience in the development and delivery of retail payment services mean that the company is ideally placed to help PSPs understand the issues that physical retailers face, and how those issues differ to challenges in the online space.
