MWC Partners Integrate mx51’s in-store payment solution with Cegid Retail

Retail systems and payment specialists, MWC Partners, are pleased to announce that they have successfully integrated mx51’s in-store payment solution with Cegid Retail Y2.

mx51 offer their white-labelled, multi-channel payment solution to leading acquirers and payment facilitators to help merchants offer best-in-class in-store payment experiences.

mx51’s hardware agnostic payment solution offers Cegid’s 1,000+ retail clients the opportunity to deploy their solution onto almost any Android device. If new payment hardware is required, mx51’s self-activation wizard, combined with MWC’s fast and easy to deploy connector, allows Cegid users to roll out the integration to their store estate in a matter of weeks.

MWC Partners have now developed over thirty POS-payment connectors for Cegid Retail Y2, including bank card payment connectors, Buy-Now-Pay-Later connectors, gift card connectors and pay-by-link connectors. The validation of the mx51 payment connector marks the first payment integration MWC Partners have completed specifically for the Australian market. mx51 accept all major global card schemes as well as Australia’s local debit card scheme, EFTPOS. Whilst currently only available in Australia, mx51 plan to expand their reach to other markets soon.
