Love, Bonito Enhances In-Store Customer Experience with MWC Partners’ Customer-Facing Screen Extension
26 Jun 2025
Love, Bonito, Southeast Asia’s leading D2C womenswear brand, operates more than 20 stores in key markets within the region. With a mission to provide a thoughtfully curated shopping experience for modern Asian women, the brand consistently explores technology that elevates customer engagement and in-store satisfaction.
As an existing customer of Cegid, Love, Bonito had already implemented POS hardware that included customer-facing screens. However, Cegid did not natively support this feature. To bridge this gap, Cegid Partner VISEO Asia connected with MWC Partners — a software development firm and UK based Cegid Partner specialising in Cegid enhancements — to explore a tailored solution.
During NRF Singapore 2024, VISEO Asia demonstrated MWC Partners’ customer-facing screen extension working seamlessly with Cegid Retail Y2. Love, Bonito’s Senior Director of Technology, Aman Agarwal, witnessed the demo and immediately saw the potential for improving the in-store customer experience. Recognizing the visual and interactive advantages the solution could bring, Love, Bonito swiftly moved forward with implementation.
MWC Partners collaborated closely with Love, Bonito to configure the screen extension according to the brand’s design guidelines, incorporating its signature images, colour palette, and fonts. The result was a sleek, branded transaction view that aligned perfectly with Love, Bonito’s in-store aesthetics. The configuration was completed and ready for user acceptance testing (UAT) within just two weeks.

MWC Partners provided UAT support and promptly implemented a minor development change requested by the Love, Bonito team. The brand’s Singapore-based IT team then remotely deployed the solution across all stores using MWC’s intuitive installation guide — a process completed smoothly without the need for on-site support.
“The solution was simple to implement, visually impactful, and aligned perfectly with our goal of delivering a more engaging retail experience,” said Aman Agarwal, Senior Director, Technology at Love, Bonito.
Today, Love, Bonito’s customers enjoy a more engaging and informative checkout process, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to innovation and customer-centric retailing.
